By configuring customer rates in the Contract Pricing module, you can ensure that when dispatching vehicles for a particular customer, the Customer Rate field is automatically calculated and applied to the line-item charge. This eliminates the need for manual rate entry, reducing steps and minimizing errors.

If the company profile setting for automatically applying customer contract pricing is enabled, the Customer Contract
Price and Customer Rate columns will reflect the calculation while the unit is in Inventory Management.
Note: If a contract for the customer is not set up, it will be indicated as “Not Applicable”.
