You can access the Import Tool from the web dashboard at any time.
Go to SmartHaul. You may have to log in.
Click on Import/Create Order from the left navigation menu.
Enter your order details or drag & drop your PDF dispatch sheet.
Click Create order when complete.

Already have a dispatch sheet? Check our ever-growing supported companies list in the tool to confirm if we support dispatch sheets from them. If we do, all you need to do is drop your dispatch sheet file in the drop window and we'll automatically upload it and fill in the details for you.

Manual Import
Don't have a dispatch sheet? No problem, you can manually type the details of the shipment into SmartHaul. There are no mandatory fields. You can create an order even if you don't know some pieces of information at that time.
Once complete, click Create Order on the top-right and you'll have the entire SmartHaul app at your fingertips for any order you have!
Import - Mobile
Open the dispatch contract PDF file on your mobile device. Navigate to the Share button on the bottom of your device.
Select SmartHaul app icon. If the app does not appear at first, click More.
Voala! The order is now imported. You will get a confirmation message that the import was successful.
Once the order is imported, don't forget to add the broker email for the broker so that they automatically receive all paperwork. You can do that by from the edit order button under Customer Information.
