Edit an Existing User

How to edit an existing users information in your company.

Need to edit a users details? 

  • Change the Users photo.

  • Edit user name, email, and phone number.

  • Resend account invitations.

  • Reset User password.

  • Edit the trailer details for a driver if applicable.

  • Edit user permissions.

  1. Click Users from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the user you want to edit.

  3. Click the 3 dots next to the users picture and then click Edit.

This will bring you to the users profile settings.

When complete, click Save Changes to confirm.

Users can be edited from the mobile app as well.

  1. From the users menu in the SmartHaul app, tap the user you wish to edit the details of.

  2. Tap Edit in the top right corner.

  3. Edit the details and tap Save to confirm.
