Creating a Load Candidate
By adding Load Candidates to your Trips, you can evaluate how potential loads you find posted anywhere out there, can impact your trip's bottom line before committing to them. This guide will walk you through the process of adding Load Candidates to your Trip Build, assessing their impact on your trip's revenue, distance, and time, and promoting them to booked orders if you decide to proceed with getting a contract.
Step 1: Open Your Virtual Trip
To begin, open the Trip you've already created in Ship.Cars. If you haven't created a Virtual Trip yet, please take a look at our guide on creating a Trip Plan.
Step 2: Add a Load Candidate

Step 3: Complete the Load Candidate Form
Fill out the required fields in the Load Candidate form, including:
Pickup Address

Step 4: Integrate Load Candidate Stops into Your Trip
After you've entered the Load Candidate information, integrate the pickup and delivery stops into your Trip Plan by dragging and dropping the stops into the appropriate positions.
Step 5: Evaluate the Load Candidate's Impact
Click on "View Trip" to generate a chart showing how the Load Candidate affects your trip's bottom line. Assess the impact on your total revenue, distance, and time.
