Sometimes issues happen and you need to cancel an order. 

An order can be canceled within the Ship.Cars platform and the broker will be notified of the cancellation.

  1. Select the order you would like to cancel from All Orders.

  2. Click the 3 dots vertical button in the top right corner of the order.

3. Click Cancel

4. Select reason of cancellation.

5. Click Cancel Order

Please note that orders with status "Picked Up" and "Delivered" cannot be canceled.
