Resending a team invite

Resend an invitation to a user you've invited to your company.

You’ve invited your team to Ship.Cars, but they have not received the invitation. Don’t worry, we have a quick fix for this! 

  1. Click Users from the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the user you want to resend the invite to.

  3. Click the 3 dots next to the users picture to open the menu and click edit.

  4. Click Resend Invitation.


Non-Driver accounts always receive an invite via the email input under the account info. So double check that you have the correct email before sending an invite. 

The email will be sent from notifications@ship.cars, so we encourage you and your team to whitelist @ship.cars emails. So that way you can ensure you’re receiving all notifications.

Drivers on the other hand, are invited via text message. Clicking the Resend Invitation button below their phone number will send them a new text message inviting them to your company. 

The text message they receive should look like this. It will always come from the (302) 877-2014 number listed in the picture. See our onboarding drivers guide for more information on the driver onboarding experience.
