When an order is assigned to a driver in the Ship.Cars platform, the driver receives a push notification on their device. This notice can be tapped on and the user will be directed directly to the order in-app. 

The order will appear under My Orders in the app. 

From the All Orders menu, the driver should navigate to My Orders to see all current orders assigned to them. From here, they can see if an order is assigned for pickup or ready to be delivered and sort between both.

You can also tap on the Search bar at the top of the app to search for a specific order. 

Tapping on an order will open the order screen and will give an overview of all details for the order. Including instructions and notes, payment, vehicle information, locations and additional documents. From the order you can start the pickup process.
