You've imported an order but you need to adjust the dates or contact information. Easy! Imported orders can be edited at any time.
- Locate an imported order in Ship.Cars.
- Click on the More Options button (3 Vertical Dots). Then click Edit.
Note: From the more options menu, you can also cancel an order. We'll focus on editing an imported order.
Clicking this will bring up the order for editing. It will be a similar screen to the one used when the order is imported. The only information that cannot be edited at this point is the order number. A warning will appear at the top just to verify that you are editing the correct order.
When you're done editing the order, click Save Changes. Or click Cancel to revert any changes made.
