In the transportation world, efficiency, and trust are paramount. The relationships you build can define your success. At Ship.Cars, we understand that some shippers have specific preferences with whom they share their load opportunities.

Private Loads are exclusive load opportunities not visible to the general public on our loadboard. These loads are posted by shippers who prefer to work only with their trusted carriers.

This exclusivity means that when you see a Private Load, it's tailored specifically for a select group of carriers based on their relationship with the shipper and that you are a part of this group.

How Does It Work?

It all starts on the shipper's end.

  1. Selecting Preferred Carriers: Shippers mark carriers as "Preferred Carriers" within their Carrier Network on our platform. This status is often earned through demonstrated reliability and service excellence.

  2. Posting Private Loads: When posting, shippers can choose to make the load public or post it just to the group of Preferred Carriers.

On your side, it's quite easy

  1. Identify Private Loads: Don't miss a private load. They are highlighted to stand out in your search results. You can post an offer just like on any other load.

  2. Filtering for Convenience: To help you go through the loads from your closest partners, we've included a filter option at the top of the loadboard page. This allows you to clear the noise from everything else and view only the privately shared opportunities.

Why would you want to get Private Loads?

Private Loads are part of our commitment to enhancing your operational efficiency. Continue to provide exceptional service, build closer relationships with shippers who value your reliability, and enjoy less competition and higher chances of securing loads.
