Navigation
Access our Ship.Cars SmartHaul App
Hit on the 3 vertical lines at the top-left corner of your screen
You will immediately be able to see the "LoadBoard" section
ℹ️ Note: Only supervisors and dispatchers have access to our Mobile Load Board.
Search for loads
Immediately upon entering the Load Board you will be prompted to our search filter.
There are 2 basic options to search for loads:
Using our option "Show loads near me"
Manually placing your desired pick-up and delivery locations.
💬 Tips:
Using "Show loads near me" will display loads that are with a pick-up location within 100 miles radius of your location.
You can hit on "Advanced search" to further filter the loads by "Date and Time", "Vehicle and Trailer Type" and "Payment".
ℹ️ Note: Using "Show loads near me" will display loads that might not meet your delivery location criteria. Make sure to manually input your delivery location!
Upon successful search, the loads will be displayed as follows:
Negotiation
The negotiation process is straightforward and easy to use. It follows the same principles as the negotiation on the Load Board on our website. You can click here for more details.
You can place an offer by following these steps:
Access the load that piqued your interest
Hit on "Booking Request"
A new window will appear in which you can adjust the price, dates, and payment terms to what suits your needs
Lastly, click on "Make an Offer"
After placing the offer, you can keep track of the progress by hitting on "Negotiations" at the menu bar at the bottom of your screen:
Bookmark loads
Bookmarking loads through our Mobile Load Board is done by hitting on the "Bookmark" icon:
After bookmarking a load, it is automatically saved and stored in the "Bookmarked" tab in our menu bar at the bottom.
